The technolust-worthy Eee PC 900 hits shelves in the US May 12 with a $550 price tag.
The updated version of Asus’ breakout ultra-portable notebook beefs up its screen real estate to 8.9 inches (widescreen) and comes standard with 1GB ram. The linux version ships with 20GB SSD, while the Windows XP version comes with 12GB SSD. Both models carry the same sticker price.
